Advances do "acompanhamento" nacional, de uma dúzia de fantasias cromáticas, no comprimento de onda dos verdes, ao Processo de Bolonha:

Bologna process stocktaking Leuven/Louvain-la-Neuve (Extracto e adaptação)

"Portugal was a signatory to the Bologna Declaration.
Key developments since 2007 include:

1. legal reform regarding the framework for quality assurance of tertiary education, for the recognition of foreign tertiary degrees;
2. HE Evaluation and Accreditation Agency;
3. Diploma Supplement ;
4. simplification of procedures and flexibility in access to tertiary education;
5. additional requirements for HEIs to demonstrate the methods and practices in curriculum development;
6. use of ECTS and cooperation with society with a view to extending the recruitment base and increasing the number of students;
7. fostering the internationalization of research universities and their specialization;
8. promoting the binary system, with polytechnic education concentrating on professionally oriented and vocational training;
9. a move has started towards universities as public foundations governed by private law, strengthening university autonomy under independent legal status;
10. National Agency for Accreditation and Evaluation of HE has been established;
11. introducing the Bologna three-cycle system is progressing and will be completed before the end of 2009;
12. system of student loans with mutual guarantee underwritten by the State has been established, which improves access to tertiary education.

Duvidazitas:
1ª-Que é feito da "tal" Agência de Acreditação nacional, mencionada na listinha, por duas vezes? Isso existe mesmo?
2ª-Temos research universities? Quais são? O que fazem e o que não fazem elas, que as diferencia de todas as outras IES? É só uma internacionalização paga à parte, e iniciada por outros?
3º-Pobre da autonomia das "universidades fundacionais"; ou então os estatutos delas não descrevem o que realmente são --- refiro-me às formas do financiamento extra, fora das receitas privativas.
4º-O que querem dizer, na prática, os 3 desafios de futuro?
